Carlson Wagonlit and the Sandals Foundation

This past summer Carlson Wagonlit locations across Canada collected books for the Sandals Foundation to distribute in schools/libraries across Jamaica. The Sandals Foundation seeks to help fulfill the promise of the Caribbean community through investment in sustainable projects in education; environment and community which improve people's lives and preserve their natural surroundings. Carlson Wagonlit Stewart Travel collected from the Peterborough community approximately 2800 books for the foundation (which was the largest donation of books from all the CWT offices), and Carlson Wagonlit offices across Canada collected an estimated 19,000 books! Here are some pictures of CWT Staff---right from the Hangar--- with books being loaded and about to be flown to Jamaica by our friends at Transat Airlines.
