2011 Peterborough Dragon Boat Festival
June 11th, 2011
On June 11th Carlson Wagonlit and Coach Canada joined forces for the 2011
Dragon Boat Festival. We may not have won the race but we sure did have a
lot of fun, and all for a great cause. This year the funds raised were
going towards the Peterborough Regional Health Centre's Closer Campaign - a
$2.5 million investment to expand cancer services at our local hospital
(Peterborough Regional Health Centre) and bring cancer treatments closer to
home. All in all it was a great day---not even the rain could dampen our
spirits!
